  • I love my four aquaglobes.

I resisted planting anything in pots until I found aquaglobes. The only problem, how to fill them? The recommended method, fill from a faucet or fill a sink and submerge them, seemed wasteful of water and slow. I checked on the internet and found no workable solution. I was looking for a tiny funnel when I bought a clear plastic ketchup squeeze bottle for about $1. After you fill the squeeze bottle with water, stick the tip into the neck of the aquaglobe, leaving room for air to get around it, and squeeze. If you don't leave room for air, the water justs squirts back out. One... More...

  • Great product!

I got my first set of aqua globes with reservations but after seeing my plants flourish I had to get more to support my outdoor plants when I brought them in for winter. First off make sure your soil is not packed. This is bad for the plant much less the fragile globe stem. Second when you insert the globe make sure the dirt closes around the stem and doesn't leave an opening or the globe will just empty. The globe wokrs based on air in the soil if it has access to air it adds water. Yes the globe is round glass and is a fire hazard do not put into direct sunlight. Keep the plant... More...

  • Keeps my Tree Watered

I bought this so I wouldn't have to worry about watering my little elm tree. It's about 1-year-old and is now flouishing. Its leaves have gotten wider and greener, and its branches have gotten longer. I fill it with aquarium water which is rich in nutrients such as nitrate (NO3). I would recommend this product to anyone with an indoor plant! More...

  • What a great product

I love my aqua globes. In fact, I am looking for a good deal to buy one for every one of my plants. I had one plant that was dying on me because I couldn't manage to keep it watered enough. Since the aqua globe, it has fully recovered and looks great. You have to water your plant before putting in the aqua globe. The directions say to poke a hole (I use a wooden dowel for this) and then insert the aqua globe in -- this helps prevent breaking the neck and clogging it with dirt. Some dirt always gets in, but doesn't seem to stop the water. Some plants take more water than others,... More...

  • Dig the Aqua Globe!

Hi everyone, My mom bought 10 of these impulsively one late night because the entire back of her house is windows, and she loves plants but can't keep them watered. They worked great, I think she did have one tip break off, since then she bought them for everyone for Christmas, and I love mine (I put a little bit of miracle grow in them before i fill them up), the only problem I've had is with my aloe plant, it's being watered too much. A great product otherwise, for the reasonable price I would say it's definitly worth a shot! More...

  • Fantatic

I have 10 Aqua Globes and as far as I am concerned they are the "BEST" plant product on the market! I have 11 plants in my work at home office, 1 of which sits directly on my desk. I have never once spilled water on my desk or papers using the Aqua Globes. My plants are watered perfectly, and I never have to worry about over/under watering. I understand Aqua Globes may be coming out with a saller version of this product for littler plants. Fantastic idea. They are decorative, easy to use, easy to monitor I would recommend them to anyone who loves having plants. I am getting my... More...

  • I Love Aqua Globe!

I bought the Aqua Globe from a CVS store at 2/$10.00. It works great!! Prior to using this product my watering system was: If a leaf is soft or drooping - water the plants. They looked pitiful. I was so afraid of overwatering them. But now they are growing so big and look so healthy and happy. The plants probably think they have a new owner ;). One of my friends complained that when she tried using the globe the tube would get clogged with dirt. But according to the instructions it says to make a hole in the dirt prior to putting the globe in place. I did that it works great. I havent... More...

  • I LIKE Aqua Globes

I ordered mine without a hitch. You order the regular ones then after you put in your order they ask if you'd like to add several options, another pkg of them for less, bigger ones, a pkg of only multi colored ones. You say yes or no and if yes you input how many packs of 4..simple. The reg ones come out to less then about $5 a piece, the larger about $8 with shipping included. If you do your shopping there are other globes out there but you are looking at $14.99 EACH rather then for a set of 4. These are hands down currently the least expensive option. They seem of good weight but... More...
